Need to fix configuring and delayed data bugs

The app frequently gets stuck "configuring" so we can not see what the emergency is.

The alert information is often a day or two old when it alerts us to an emergency.

Recently, the app alerted us to an emergency. We opened the app within seconds of the alert but when we checked the information it was for a fire 2 days earlier. There was NO alert on the day of the fire! Not good!

This could be a great app during an emergency if the bugs are fixed. I will not delete the app yet....hoping they will fix the bugs!
